You’re seeking a space to host a personal event that doesn’t cost a trillion dollars. You’d love to have 30 of our closest friends over for a lovely birthday dinner, but New York apartments are just too small to accommodate such a dream soiree!

304 Bond (St. Lydia’s) is thrilled to announce that we are currently accepting rental applications for the following occasions:

• Weddings
• Baby Showers
• Birthday Parties
• Anniversary Parties
• Dinner Parties
• Other Private Events

The space comfortably seats 30 people for a sit down dinner and up to 65 people for a standing cocktail event. It’s a furnished environment including a full kitchen where your friends can cook up a storm or your caterers can make themselves at home.

Rates are incredibly manageable and depend on your event type and specific needs associated with your party.

Jason is the co-founder of Blake+Knight, a boutique event planning firm based in Brooklyn. He is thrilled to be working with St. Lydia's and in the beautiful space at 304 Bond Street. Jason attended Emerson College in Boston and started his career at William Morris Endeavor before beginning his work in event planning and design. He looks forward to working with all renters at 304 Bond to create magical experiences and cherished memories.
