Looking for a beautiful and intimate venue to host an upcoming gathering?

You’re seeking a space to host a personal, work, or community event on a budget (sadly, New York apartments are sometimes just too small to accommodate a dream soirée!). Whether you’d love to have 30 of your closest friends over for a lovely birthday dinner, or you’re looking for a quiet, light-filled location for a company offsite meeting, St. Lydia’s is accepting inquiries for space use.

Our storefront at 304 Bond comfortably seats 30 people for a sit-down dinner, 45 people for an intimate performance, and up to 60 people for a standing cocktail event. It’s a furnished environment including a full kitchen where your friends can cook up a storm or your caterers can make themselves at home. Rates are incredibly manageable and depend on your event type and the specific needs associated with your party.
